These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gid Esansyel ASVAB platform at gidasvab.com ("Platform"), operated by Gid Esansyel ASVAB ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
The Platform is designed for individuals preparing for military service in the United States Armed Forces. Use for any other purpose is permitted but not the intended use case.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan restrictions or access free trial periods multiple times is prohibited.
Free plan: The free plan provides access to Arithmetic Reasoning and Word Knowledge subtests, limited to 20 questions per session and one practice test per week. Free features may be modified or limited at our discretion.
Standard plan ($10/month or $99/year): Unlocks 6 subtests, unlimited questions, full score history, weak point tracker, and study center for 6 subjects.
Premium plan ($19/month or $179/year): Unlocks all 9 subtests, unlimited AI Tutor access, full dashboard analytics, virtual book access, and all study subjects.
Plan features are subject to change. We will provide advance notice of material changes to paid plan features.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
30-day score improvement guarantee: If you practice consistently for 30 days on a paid plan and your AFQT estimate does not improve, we will refund your most recent monthly payment. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact support@gidasvab.com with your account email and practice session history.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations outside of the score improvement guarantee.
Annual plan subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they have not used the platform substantially (fewer than 3 practice sessions).
The AI Tutor feature is powered by Claude AI, developed by Anthropic. The AI Tutor is designed to help with ASVAB preparation and study questions. It may make errors or provide imperfect explanations — always verify critical information independently.
Do not share sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial details, passwords) with the AI Tutor. Conversations with the AI Tutor may be used to improve the service.
The AI Tutor is a study aid only and does not guarantee any particular score improvement or military enlistment outcome.
Military recruiter accounts are available free of charge for verified active-duty recruiters. By creating a recruiter account, you represent that you are an authorized military recruiter and agree to contact recruits professionally and in compliance with all applicable military recruiting regulations and laws.
Recruiter contact information for recruits is provided only with explicit recruit consent. Misuse of recruit contact information — including harassment, unsolicited commercial messaging, or any contact outside legitimate military recruiting purposes — will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate military authority.
We reserve the right to verify recruiter identity at any time and to suspend unverified or fraudulent accounts.

All content on the Platform — including practice questions, explanations, study guides, the virtual book, platform design, and the Gid Esansyel ASVAB brand — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
Your personal data and practice results belong to you. We grant you a license to use the Platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial ASVAB preparation only.
ASVAB practice scores and AFQT estimates provided by the Platform are approximations intended to guide your preparation. They are not official scores and should not be represented as such to recruiters or MEPS.
We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or MEPS. "ASVAB" is a trademark of the U.S. Department of Defense.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gid Esansyel ASVAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or lost profits, arising out of your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.
