Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. We retain records of plan type, billing dates, and transaction IDs.
Communications: If you contact our support team, we retain those communications to resolve your issue and improve our service.
Usage data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.
When you set your profile to "Open to Contact," verified military recruiters on our platform can view your AFQT score, subtest progress, branch interest, and contact information (phone and email). Recruiters must pay to unlock your contact details — this is not automatic.
When you set your profile to "Keep My Profile Private," no recruiter can see your profile, scores, or any identifying information. You are invisible to all recruiters on the platform.
We verify all recruiter accounts using military email addresses or government-issued ID before granting access. Recruiters agree to contact recruits professionally and in accordance with military recruiting regulations.
We retain your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as billing records, which are retained for 7 years).
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@gidasvab.com.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and access controls to protect your data. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
